• Know Your Customer (KYC) and identity verification for sellers is conducted by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc., in accordance with their compliance and regulatory obligations
• By registering as a Seller, you agree to provide accurate information to Stripe and accept their terms
• Instax Digi does not collect or store sensitive identification documents
• Stripe is solely responsible for the processing and safeguarding of this data

Platform Responsibility Disclaimer: Instax Digi is not liable for the outcome of Stripe’s verification processes or decisions. However, if a Seller is later found to violate our platform rules or applicable laws, we reserve the right to suspend their access and cooperate with legal authorities.

7. Platform Fees

By using the platform as a Seller, you expressly acknowledge and approve that:

• Instax Digi charges platform service fees and/or transaction commissions on every sale
• These fees are automatically deducted from payouts and are subject to change with prior notice
